Pricing varies by your company’s needs. It is not based on the size of your company, rather your company’s accounting activity and the complexity of your financial statements.

Our average accounting fee comes out to about $750 per month. Depending on these factors, your fee can range between $600 to $1,000+ per month. We will work with you to arrive at an affordable, fixed monthly fee.

• Monthly bookkeeping & account reconciliation
• Monthly financial statements
• Proactive monthly advice, plus extra communication as needed
• Audit representation

Occurring once per month and lasting about 30 minutes, there is no set agenda for these meetings. Why is that? Every client’s needs are different.

However, many clients will want advice based on their monthly financial statements. They can follow your trends (often over the previous seven or eight months) with:

• Profits

• Loans
• How you leverage yourself

We can also cover:

• The outlook for your business
• Your growth plans
• Your challenges
• Any other topics of your choice

We want to focus on reasonable service offerings, meaning maximizing efficiency and minimizing fees. Because of this, we currently do not offer the following services:

• Bill pay
• Invoicing
• Job costing
• Inventory management
• One-off items (personal financial statements, business valuations, and financial audits)

For the most part, yes! Your dedicated accountant can be reached by call, text, or email and will respond promptly at no extra fee. This is true for one-off questions.

However, as communication ventures into professional consultation project territory, we will need to prepare a contract outlining what we will cover and what it will cost you. You won’t face any surprise fees here.

For the average small business owner, working with a monthly accountant saves you 10-15 hours of bookkeeping each month. We believe that factoring in the value of your time, our service pays for itself.
