That's because we can offer better service if we have an understanding of your finances and unique situation. Surface-level, non-customized advice isn't what most people seek from a professional!

Yes! As part of our monthly accounting service, your accountant can be reached by call, text, or email and will respond promptly to quick, one-off questions at no extra fee.

However, as communication ventures into professional consultation project territory, we will need to prepare a contract outlining what we will cover and what it will cost you. You won’t face any surprise fees here.

Standard advice and unlimited one-off questions are included in our monthly accounting service.

However, once a request exceeds a casual conversation or 15-minute task, it generally becomes an add-on consulting project for an additional fee. This fee will vary based on the project, but before you're charged, we'll produce an agreement that shows you understand the project and the fee.

More general questions can be tackled quickly or immediately! We have a series of onboarding meetings in which we can address some basic questions. 

However, the best, most customized advice comes into play once we’ve had the chance to work with your accounting data. It will take a little while of getting to know your business before we can advise on more complex issues.

If you're already a client who later adds our consulting service, we may be able to jump right into it, depending on the depth of the project and upfront work needed.
