No, you must be a client. Monthly business advice is part of our monthly accounting package and not a separate service. We also do not offer our consulting service to non-clients, as we can offer better-quality service if we have an understanding of your finances and unique situation.

Your accountant can be reached by call, text, or email and will respond promptly to quick, one-off questions at no extra fee. However, as communication ventures into professional consultation project territory, we will need to prepare a contract outlining what we will cover and what it will cost you. You won’t face any surprise fees here.

We have a series of onboarding meetings in which we can address some basic questions. The more general questions can be tackled quickly! However, the best, most customized advice comes into play once we’ve had the chance to work with your accounting data. If you're already a client who later adds our consulting service, we may be able to jump right into it - depending on the depth of the project and upfront work needed.
