Why Does CSI Collect Your Data?

All data collected from clients is required to provide our financial services. Government-issed source documents used for tax filing may include additional sensitive data and financial information. 

If you are not a client, you can visit most of our web pages without telling us who you are, since we will only know details that are submitted when you fill out a form. We collect data from website visitors to track activity on our domain and emails. This helps us improve user experience and see which prospective clients are showing the most interest.

Does CSI Share Your Data?

We do not sell or trade any data for marketing purposes. We do not share any information with third parties (such as financial institutions or our vendor partners) without client consent.

How Do We Handle Data Protection & Security?

Since we handle sensitive financial information for clients, CSI Accounting & Payroll takes website security and data protection seriously.

Our website is secure with HTTPS. We also use secure servers and client portals, encrypt communication, and limit authorized access to sensitive data. We use HubSpot forms with secure submissions, and the data is stored in our HubSpot CRM. CAPTCHA is used to prevent spam. We do not process payments through our website; Rather, we directly pull our fee from client bank accounts after we have secure third-party access.

Our website may contain links to websites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. You access such linked sites at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing any personal information on such a site.
