About Tracy Yang

Tracy Yang joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in March 2026 as a Staff Accountant. She earned her undergraduate degree in Digital Marketing from Bellevue College in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master of Accounting degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Tracy's path into accounting has been anything but traditional. Before entering the profession, she spent several years working alongside her family in their floral business. That experience sparked her interest in business operations and financial management while giving her firsthand insight into the challenges small business owners face every day.

Working within a family-owned business helped Tracy develop an appreciation for the role accurate financial reporting plays in business decision-making. It also inspired her transition into accounting, where she now combines her background in data analysis, digital marketing, and financial reporting to support clients and their businesses.

Tracy is passionate about helping business owners understand the financial story behind their operations so they can make informed decisions, achieve their goals, and create lasting impact for their families and communities. She is currently working toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys attending concerts, dancing with family and friends, and exploring parks and trails throughout the Twin Cities with her husband and their dog, Donut.
