Stephen Bagby

Stephen joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in June 2025, bringing a decade of experience in public accounting. Before joining the firm, he specialized in not-for-profit tax accounting, developing a strong foundation in compliance, reporting, and client relations at three of the top 15 accounting firms. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Morgan State University and later received his MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park. Known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy, Stephen takes pride in helping clients maintain financial clarity and confidence throughout the year.

Fun Fact:

Born in Washington, DC, and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland, Stephen has deep local roots and a passion for community involvement. Outside of the office, he’s a dedicated father of two and an active high school football coach at Westlake High School. When he’s not coaching his team or his youngest son’s youth football team, you can usually find him working out at the gym, running at local parks, or relaxing at home watching movies with his kids.
