About Rob Manheimer

Rob Manheimer joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in July 2019 as a Staff Accountant and later became our Maryland office's Staff Accountant Manager to assist with the onboarding process for new clients. He brings experience in bookkeeping, accounting technology, and financial process improvement, with a particular interest in helping organizations use technology more effectively.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland in 1999. Throughout his accounting career, he has developed expertise in bookkeeping cleanup projects and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through software and technology solutions.

One accomplishment Rob is particularly proud of is helping streamline internal software integration tracking and bookkeeping cleanup processes. His interest in accounting technology and workflow optimization has allowed him to identify practical ways to improve efficiency and organization within accounting systems.

Rob continues to expand his knowledge through industry learning opportunities, including PASBA events and independent research. He regularly follows accounting and technology professionals to stay informed about new software solutions and emerging tools that may benefit accounting firms and business owners. Through this research, he identified platforms such as DoubleHQ and Ramp, the latter of which CSI now partners with to provide client benefits.

Originally from New York City, Rob has lived in Maryland since 2004. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and pets, exercising, and actively following and trading financial markets.
