About Rita Bailey

Rita Bailey joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in February 2026 as a Staff Accountant. As an emerging accounting professional, she brings a strong academic background and a natural aptitude for organization, analysis, and mathematics.

Rita earned her Associate Degree in Accounting from North Hennepin Community College in 2025 and is considering continuing her education to pursue a bachelor's degree. Her educational background has provided a solid foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.

One accomplishment Rita is particularly proud of is beginning her college education while still in high school. By earning college credits early, she was able to complete her degree ahead of schedule and graduate a year earlier than many of her peers. This achievement reflects her commitment to learning and willingness to take on challenges.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Rita has developed strengths in organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. These skills support her work in accounting and help her approach financial information with attention to detail and accuracy.

A lifelong Minnesota resident, Rita enjoys spending time outdoors during the warmer months and embraces opportunities to be creative. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat and boyfriend, working on creative projects, and making the most of Minnesota summers.
