About Madeline Esch

Madeline Esch joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in June 2025 as a Payroll Specialist. With payroll experience dating back to 2019, she works with businesses on payroll administration, payroll tax compliance, onboarding, and client support.

Madeline earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2013. She continues to expand her payroll knowledge through daily research and ongoing education focused on current payroll, HR, and business practices.

Throughout her career, Madeline has developed expertise in payroll tax compliance, client onboarding, and customer service. Her work focuses on helping businesses establish payroll processes, maintain compliance requirements, and create positive onboarding experiences for new clients.

One accomplishment Madeline is particularly proud of is receiving CSI's New Employee of the Year award in 2025. She also graduated from college a year early after participating as an exchange student in Busan, South Korea, an experience that helped shape her perspective on communication, learning, and adaptability.

In addition to her professional work, Madeline regularly performs on stage for general audiences and hosts meetings for nonprofit and alternative organizations. These experiences have strengthened her communication and presentation skills while allowing her to engage with a variety of communities.

Madeline recently relocated to Minnesota from Oklahoma. Outside of work, she enjoys singing karaoke and exploring Minneapolis on her e-bike.
