About Lokesh Tiwari

Lokesh Tiwari joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in April 2024 as an Accounting & Tax Manager. He brings experience in bookkeeping, corporate taxation, and customer management, helping business owners better understand their financial operations and tax responsibilities.

Lokesh earned two bachelor's degrees from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, one in Accounting and one in Finance. He also holds an Associate degree in Business Administration. His educational background provides a strong foundation in both accounting and financial management.

Prior to joining CSI, Lokesh owned and operated multiple businesses, including an import-export company and a restaurant. One of his proudest accomplishments was successfully leading a financial turnaround for the restaurant before ultimately selling the business. These experiences provided firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face and the importance of strong financial management.

Throughout his career, Lokesh has developed expertise in bookkeeping, corporate tax matters, and client relationship management. He continues to expand his knowledge through continuing professional education (CPE) courses and is working toward both QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Xero Advisor certifications.

Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Lokesh enjoys spending time with his wife and family. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, golf, gardening, traveling, and following sports.
