About Joyce Champlain

Joyce Champlain's history with CSI Accounting & Payroll spans more than three decades. She first joined the company in 1990 as a Bookkeeper, where she discovered an interest in the technology and systems that support accounting operations.

That interest led her to pursue coursework in Information Systems Management. In 1995, she left CSI to work for an Enterprise Resource Management software company, building additional experience at the intersection of accounting and technology.

In May 2024, Joyce reconnected with CSI and officially returned in August 2024 as an Accounting Administrator. Today, she helps onboard new clients into Qount, supports QuickBooks Online and Xero implementations, and serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Qount software. Her combination of accounting knowledge, systems experience, and long-standing familiarity with CSI allows her to help improve processes and support both clients and team members.

Joyce enjoys mentoring and educating others and considers herself an educator at heart. A former Toastmasters member, she enjoys public speaking, training coworkers, and helping others become more comfortable with technology and business systems.
