About Jose Lovera

Jose Lovera joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in June 2026 as a Staff Accountant. As a growing accounting professional, he brings hands-on experience in tax preparation, payroll reporting, and financial analysis, along with a strong commitment to client service and continuous learning.

Jose earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Crown College in 2026, where he maintained a strong academic record and was named Dean's List throughout his college career. His education, combined with internships in both public accounting and wealth management, provided a solid foundation in accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

One accomplishment Jose is proud of is earning certifications in both QuickBooks and Xero early in his accounting career. These certifications, along with his experience using a variety of accounting and tax software platforms, have expanded his ability to support clients.

Throughout his academic and professional journey, Jose has developed strengths in organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. His experiences as a tax accounting intern, student government treasurer, and collegiate athlete have helped him build leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Originally from Florida, Jose now lives in Minnesota. Outside of work, he has a passion for soccer, having competed at both the club and collegiate levels and currently coaching youth soccer for a local club. He also enjoys watching movies and shows, spending time with his wife and friends, and staying involved in his local soccer community.
