About Hunter Rademacher

Hunter Rademacher joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in October 2020 as an Accounting & Payroll Consultant. Since beginning his sales career, he has worked with business owners to better understand their accounting, payroll, and advisory needs while helping them evaluate solutions that align with their goals.

Hunter earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance in 2019. His finance background provides a foundation for conversations with business owners about financial operations, accounting services, payroll administration, and business growth considerations.

Throughout his time at CSI, Hunter has developed expertise in prospecting, CRM management, sales processes, automation, and AI applications within the sales environment. He has helped strengthen CSI's sales systems, improve follow-up processes, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through technology and automation.

Hunter continues to invest in professional development through sales training with Michael Arnold, IMPACT conferences, and House of Revenue programs. These opportunities help him stay current on communication strategies, sales processes, and emerging technology trends.

He has also played a role in expanding CSI's presence within the automotive repair industry by developing relationships, attending industry events, and helping business owners understand the accounting and payroll challenges unique to their businesses.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his girlfriend, Katie. His interests include golf, hunting, traveling, and ongoing personal and professional development.
