Emma Ireland joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in October 2018 and has built more than seven years of experience in payroll administration and payroll tax processes. Throughout her time with CSI, she has worked closely with clients and team members to support payroll operations and provide guidance on payroll-related matters.

Emma has developed expertise in payroll processing, payroll taxes, and training materials. In addition to her day-to-day payroll responsibilities, she creates tutorial resources and training documentation that help both coworkers and clients better understand payroll procedures and systems.

She continues to expand her payroll knowledge through ongoing education and webinars related to the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC). Her commitment to professional development helps her stay informed about payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Emma has also contributed to CSI's client education efforts. She was featured in an FPC testimonial video focused on a client experience and has helped create training resources that support both internal teams and external users.
