About Debbie Bozarth

Debbie Bozarth joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in September 2026 as an Accounting & Tax Manager. She has 30 years of accounting experience and originally joined Taxxsolutions in December 1995.

Debbie began her career in an administrative role, answering phones and completing clerical work. While working with Taxxsolutions, she took tax courses and expanded her responsibilities into several areas of accounting and tax. Her experience has included working with and leading the payroll team, completing annual bookkeeping, preparing business and personal tax returns, and managing a group of clients.

Her background gives her experience across several areas that small business owners encounter throughout the year, including payroll, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and ongoing client account management.

Debbie is currently studying for the Enrolled Agent (EA) exam. She also attends Gear Up or TaxSpeaker each year before tax season to review new tax laws and stay current on changes affecting tax preparation.

Debbie earned an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Waubonsee Community College in 1992. Outside of work, she prioritizes spending time with family and friends. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling to new places in the family's travel trailer, and taking weekend trips to Michigan to visit her son.
