Christy Fox joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in December 2011 and has been an important part of the company's growth and operational development for more than a decade. As Operations Manager for our Maryland office, she works closely with leadership and department teams to ensure the firm operates efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on client service and employee support.

Throughout her career, Christy has developed expertise in executive operations, payroll strategy, process management, and organizational leadership. Her role requires balancing day-to-day operational needs with long-term planning, helping CSI continue to grow while maintaining the systems and processes necessary to support clients and employees.
