About Charlie Molina

Charlie Molina joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in July 2024 as a Staff Accountant. He brings a decade of bookkeeping experience and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the accounting profession.

Charlie earned his high school diploma and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He also plans to obtain his CPA license in the coming years as he continues building his expertise in accounting and taxation.

Throughout his career, Charlie has developed expertise in bookkeeping, Excel, and client communication. He is known for his attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. He enjoys helping clients keep their financial records organized and structured, allowing them to better understand and manage their businesses.

One accomplishment Charlie is particularly proud of is his commitment to challenging himself outside of the workplace. He is currently training for an Ironman competition, has completed a Savage Race, and is registered for a Spartan Race. These experiences reflect the same persistence and discipline he brings to his professional goals.

Charlie's long-term career objective is to become a Tax Accountant. He is focused on continuing his education, expanding his accounting knowledge, and developing the technical skills necessary to support clients across a variety of accounting and tax matters.

Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Charlie now lives in Maryland with his wife and their two corgis, Theo and Ollie. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring new experiences, watching soccer, and cheering for Manchester United. He also hopes to someday own a home with a chicken coop and plenty of backyard space for the animals he hopes to add to the family.
