About Brissa Pacheco

Brissa Pacheco joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in May 2025 as a Staff Accountant. She brings six years of accounting experience and a background that combines technical accounting knowledge with strong communication skills.

Brissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metro State University in 2025. She is also both a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Xero Advisor Certified professional, giving her experience with two of the most widely used accounting platforms for small businesses.

One accomplishment Brissa is particularly proud of is being the first person in her family to earn a bachelor's degree. During the 2025 tax season, she partnered with a nonprofit organization to provide free tax preparation services to Latino and immigrant families throughout Minnesota. Through that work, she helped community members secure more than $500,000 in tax refunds.

Throughout her career, Brissa has developed expertise in accounting analytics, accounting software, and client communication. Her ability to combine technical accounting knowledge with clear communication helps support both clients and internal teams.

Brissa is originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota and continues to call it home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, caring for her dogs, running, attending hot yoga classes, and relaxing with shows on Netflix and Hulu.
