About Nick Monio

Nick Monio joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in July 2025 as a Staff Accountant. Since graduating from college, he has focused on building his accounting knowledge and expanding his technical expertise across multiple accounting software platforms.

Nick earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2024. His educational background provides a strong foundation in financial analysis, business operations, and accounting principles.

One accomplishment Nick is particularly proud of is the pace at which he expanded his professional knowledge during the beginning of his career. Within his first year, he earned certifications across multiple accounting platforms, including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Xero, allowing him to support clients using a variety of accounting systems.

Throughout his time in accounting, Nick has developed expertise in foundational accounting principles and accounting software applications. His interest in learning new systems and technologies has helped him quickly adapt to the needs of clients and the accounting profession.

Nick has spent most of his life in Minnesota, with a brief period living in Fargo. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games with friends and family, weightlifting, and cooking Italian food at home.
