About Wyatt Nichols

Wyatt Nichols joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in May 2019 as a Staff Accountant. Since entering the accounting profession, he has worked with business owners on bookkeeping, sales tax compliance, and information reporting requirements, helping clients maintain organized financial records and meet filing deadlines.

Wyatt earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University in 2018. He is also both a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Xero Advisor Certified professional, giving him experience working with multiple accounting platforms commonly used by small businesses.

Throughout his career, Wyatt has developed expertise in bookkeeping, sales tax reporting, and 1099 compliance. His work focuses on helping businesses maintain accurate records while supporting the accounting processes necessary for informed financial decision-making.

Wyatt remains committed to professional development and regularly attends the annual PASBA conference to stay informed about accounting industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

He has also contributed to CSI's educational content efforts through an appearance in the video 5 Bookkeeping Tips for Your Small Business, helping share practical bookkeeping guidance with business owners.

Originally from North Dakota, Wyatt moved to the Twin Cities in 2019 after graduating from NDSU. Outside of work, he enjoys attending movies, musicals, and live theater performances. He also enjoys music, hiking, board games, and video games.
