About Halley Newball-Ruiz

Halley Newball-Ruiz joined CSI Accounting & Payroll in May 2023 and currently serves as the firm's Website & CRM Specialist. Prior to moving into her current position, she worked as a Sales Administrator, where she gained experience supporting internal processes, client interactions, and operational workflows.

Her transition into website and CRM management came after leadership identified her aptitude for technology, systems, and process improvement. Since then, Halley has taken on responsibilities related to CRM administration, search engine optimization (SEO), website management, and data analytics.

One of Halley's most notable accomplishments has been learning schema markup after attending an IMPACT conference and implementing it across several of CSI's most important website pages. Her work has contributed to improving the firm's visibility in search engines and AI-driven search experiences. She has also collaborated on major website initiatives, including CSI's pricing calculator and other user-focused website enhancements.

Halley continues to invest in professional development through regular attendance at IMPACT conferences, where she learns about website strategy, inbound marketing, search optimization, and customer experience best practices.

Originally from Florida, Halley recently relocated to Puerto Rico to be closer to family and spend more time immersed in her cultural roots. Outside of work, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, and learning new baking techniques.
