New businesses, do you qualify for the ERC?

If you started after February 15th, 2020, you may qualify for up to $100,000!

Similar to the PPP loans, the ERC (Employee Retention Credit) is used as an incentive for businesses to keep their employees on payroll. However, unlike the PPP loans, it does not need to be repaid.

The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 increased the ERC's outreach and benefits, and the American Rescue Plan Act made it so Recovery Startup Businesses (new businesses) can earn up to $100,000 in the form of a tax refund.
