CSI Accounting & Payroll is a successful accounting, payroll, and tax firm that has a history of strong and steady growth. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounting & Payroll Consultant is the main driver of new business. You will be responsible for all facets of the sales process and selling the whole suite of accounting and payroll services. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting discovery calls, demo calls, deep dive demos, closing calls, and pre-implementation. You should also spend time to grow your network on a weekly basis, both in person and online. As a consultant, you will use your communication skills and understanding of our services to help prospects find out how we can be of maximum value to them. The motivation to help make small business owners' jobs easier is key in this role!
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales. Must have a proven track record of quotas met or exceeded.
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, communications, or a related field is desired, but not required.
• General knowledge of accounting, payroll, and business consulting is a bonus. We will provide some training.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Current knowledge of CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce is another bonus. Computer savvy.
• Highly motivated, energetic, happy, and friendly.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude under pressure.
• Great communicator with self-confidence.
• Experience with prospect interaction.
• Desire to work as a team member to build a firm.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
